How can i stop some one misusing my yahoo account?

I have added my alternate email address and mobile number so that i ll get intimation immediately if some one changes my personal info. But that is not the case over here.Even if give tough Security questions, some one changin my password almost everyday. Then what is the purpose of having an alternate email address, mobile number and security questions. Is there any way that i can stop all these??
